Capristo BMW M3/M4 G80/G82 200 Cell Valved Exhaust

The Capristo BMW M3/M4 (G80/G82) Valved Exhaust with Middle Silencer Delete, 200 Cell OPF/GPF Replacement & Carbon Tips is a motorsport-oriented exhaust system developed for the latest-generation BMW M3 and M4.

The system is manufactured from 1.4828 heat-resistant stainless steel, with Capristo producing its exhaust components by hand using TIG welding before polishing them to a high-gloss finish.

This configuration combines a Valved Exhaust, Center Silencer Replacement Pipes and 200 Cell Sport Cats designed to replace the OEM OPF/GPF. The system uses the vehicle's OEM valve actuators, allowing the original valve-control hardware to operate the exhaust valves.

The 200 Cell Sport Cats provide a less restrictive catalyst configuration than the original OPF/GPF, while the center silencer replacement pipes create a more direct exhaust path. Together, these components are designed to deliver a stronger and more aggressive exhaust character.

The system is offered with Carbon-style exhaust tips, combining anodized aluminium tailpipes with an aluminium outer sleeve and carbon outer section according to the selected configuration.

Capristo states that the 200 Cell OPF/GPF replacement configuration is classified For Racing Purposes Only. On its test vehicle, no ECU programming was required, although a Check Engine Light (CEL) may be possible. ECU programming may be required depending on the individual vehicle and calibration.

This configuration should therefore be selected specifically according to the vehicle's G80/G82 application and OPF/GPF specification, with local emissions and road-use regulations checked before installation.
