Eventuri Audi RS3 8Y Intake System is a high-performance carbon fiber intake system developed specifically for the Audi RS3 8Y, with the goal of maximizing airflow to the turbocharger while maintaining low intake temperatures. Eventuri designed the system to support a wide range of power levels, from a stock turbo setup to builds exceeding 1,000 whp.

The system is based around Eventuri's patented Carbon Fiber Venturi Filter Housing, which is designed to maximize the available internal volume within the RS3 8Y engine bay. The housing surrounds the reverse-mounted filter and progressively shapes the airflow toward the intake tube, helping create a smoother and more controlled airflow path to the turbocharger.

A key feature is the 103mm internal diameter Carbon Fiber Intake Tube, measuring just over 4 inches. Its smooth curvature extends from the filter housing toward the turbo inlet, minimizing unnecessary restrictions and sharp transitions in the airflow path.

The bespoke High-Flow Dry Cone Filter has been specifically developed for the Eventuri RS3 8Y intake. With an outer diameter of approximately 210mm (8.3 inches) and more than 130,000 mm² of filtration surface area, the filter provides a large filtration area while allowing the intake system to maintain high airflow capacity.

The system also features a Carbon Fiber Inlet Duct designed to seal around the filter opening and draw ambient air from the front of the vehicle. Rather than relying solely on the factory air-entry path, Eventuri raised the front section of the duct to create an additional opening behind the hood. Eventuri states that this additional opening is equivalent to an extra 7-inch diameter intake opening, increasing the available air supply to the filter.

The sealed architecture is an important part of the RS3 8Y system. By separating the filter from the surrounding engine-bay air and feeding it with ambient air, the system is designed to maintain low intake temperatures while still providing the high airflow required by upgraded turbocharger setups.

Eventuri's flow-bench testing demonstrates the difference between the OEM intake and its system. The stock intake flowed approximately 530 CFM, while the Eventuri intake achieved 840 CFM at 28" H₂O. This represents a substantial increase in airflow capacity and gives the system sufficient headroom for significantly higher-powered RS3 builds.

On an Audi RS3 8Y with the stock turbo, Eventuri reports a performance gain of approximately 15–20 hp and 13–18 ft-lb. Eventuri also notes that the improvement is noticeable during real-world driving, particularly through improved throttle response and quicker acceleration.

For higher-powered applications, Eventuri tested the Stage 3 intake on a TTRS equipped with a TTE700 hybrid turbo. With the same modified stock turbo inlet, power increased from 576.5 hp with the stock airbox to 606.5 hp with the Eventuri Stage 3 intake. When combined with Eventuri's Turbo Inlet, output increased further to 620.8 hp.

The complete system uses 100% Prepreg Carbon Fiber without fiberglass, allowing Eventuri to achieve a smooth internal surface that helps maintain a more consistent airflow path. The system is supplied with the carbon Venturi housing, bespoke dry cone filter, carbon inlet duct, 103mm carbon intake tube, OPF breather adapter, heat shield with gold reflective backing, stainless steel brackets, silicone breather hose and silicone couplers/reducer.
