Ferodo Racing DSUNO Heavy Duty Racing Brake Pads

Ferodo Racing DSUNO is a heavy-duty semi-endurance brake pad compound developed for demanding motorsport applications. It is designed for Touring Car, GT, Single Seater and Rally vehicles, including track cars using OE brake systems.

The DSUNO compound delivers an average friction coefficient of 0.48 across a 200–750°C working temperature range, providing consistent braking performance under high thermal loads.

A key characteristic of DSUNO is its very controllable torque output, allowing the driver to modulate braking performance precisely during demanding track and competition driving.

Ferodo also highlights DSUNO for its long service life and low disc wear characteristics, making it suitable for applications where consistent braking performance and durability are important.

Compared with Ferodo DS3000, DSUNO offers the same 0.48 average friction coefficient but operates across a wider specified temperature range, extending to 750°C. Its semi-endurance characteristics also make it particularly suited to longer and more demanding competition use.

Ferodo Racing DSUNO is available in multiple pad shapes and product codes, including Z and ZB variants. Exact fitment depends on the vehicle, caliper, pad shape and front/rear application.
