EBC Brakes Redstuff Ceramic Brake Pads

EBC Brakes Redstuff Ceramic Brake Pads are premium performance brake pads developed for fast street driving and prestige sports vehicles. The compound combines aramid fibres with ceramic granules to deliver strong braking performance while significantly reducing brake dust.

Redstuff is a copper-free, non-metallic compound with zero steel fibre, helping reduce rotor wear and making the small amount of brake dust easier to wash from alloy wheels. EBC positions Redstuff as its premium low-dust pad for faster road driving.

The compound provides a nominal 0.5 friction coefficient, with EBC stating approximately 10–15% improved braking performance over OEM pads. It also delivers strong cold friction and excellent hot performance for repeated heavy braking on the road.

Redstuff features EBC’s Brake-In™ surface coating to assist the bedding-in process and uses NUCAP NRS Hooks on the backing plate for secure pad bonding. Most applications are also ECE R90 approved.

Redstuff is designed for fast road and spirited street driving, rather than racing or dedicated track use.
