Öhlins Coilover Kit – Road & Track DFV Suspension

Öhlins Coilover Kit is a high-performance suspension system from Öhlins, developed to deliver sharper chassis control and improved traction while maintaining comfort for everyday road use. The Road & Track range combines motorsport-derived damping technology with a practical setup for both road and track driving.

At the heart of the system is Öhlins Dual Flow Valve (DFV) technology, which allows the damper to respond quickly to both major bumps and smaller road imperfections while maintaining consistent tire contact with the surface.

Depending on the vehicle application, the Road & Track kit provides 1-way damping adjustment, combining compression and rebound adjustment through a single adjuster. Current Öhlins applications commonly specify 20–25 clicks, but the exact specification varies by vehicle.

The kit also features individual ride-height adjustment, spring preload adjustment and rebuildable dampers that can be serviced and custom tuned. Construction and mounting configuration are vehicle-specific, with some applications using monotube upside-down technology and original top mounts.
