The BC Forged KL12 is a 1-Piece Monoblock forged wheel from the KL Series, featuring a refined multi-spoke design with the distinctive concave character associated with BC Forged's KL platform.

Available from 18 to 23 inches for this product range, the KL12 offers a broad selection of wheel widths. For the 23-inch diameter, BC Forged specifies widths from 9.5 to 12.0 inches, providing flexibility for different vehicle applications and staggered setups.

The wheel is manufactured from 6061-T6 forged aluminum. BC Forged Monoblock wheels are engineered from forged aluminum with a focus on strength, stiffness and lightweight construction for performance-oriented applications.

The KL12 uses the KL Series' arc'd concave profile and distinctive machining treatment. KL wheels feature a dedicated lip-style machining process together with ball-end mill machining within the spoke windows, creating a visual character that separates the series from other BC Forged Monoblock designs.

KL12 is custom made per order, allowing the wheel specification to be configured around the individual vehicle. Bolt pattern, width, offset and vehicle-specific center bore can be selected according to the required fitment.

Multiple concavity profiles provide additional flexibility when configuring the final wheel. Concavity is determined by the final width, offset and brake clearance required for the vehicle, allowing the wheel to be specified around the actual application.

The KL12 accommodates Big Brake applications and is TPMS compatible. BC Forged also offers options such as OEM or production center lock, anti-slip knurled bead seats and diamond-cut face finishing where applicable.
