Fabspeed Mercedes-AMG G63 Valved Exhaust with Quad Tips

The Fabspeed Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen G63 AMG Valvetronic Exhaust System with Quad Tips (2019+) is a valved cat-back performance exhaust developed for the Mercedes-AMG G63, replacing the restrictive factory side-mounted mufflers with a freer-flowing performance system.

Designed to retain the functionality of the factory exhaust-valve system, the Fabspeed Valvetronic configuration allows the driver to switch between a more refined exhaust character and a louder, more aggressive sound. The system is engineered to provide increased exhaust flow while maintaining the dual-personality character expected from a high-performance G63.

The exhaust system is manufactured with premium stainless-steel components and uses aerospace-quality Helical Limited exhaust valves from the U.K. Fabspeed specifically selected these valves for their durability in high-temperature performance applications.

The system is supplied with Quad Tips in a choice of finishes to complement the distinctive G-Wagen rear-end design. Available finishes include polished stainless steel, carbon fibre, satin black and titanium, allowing the appearance to be tailored to the vehicle.

Fabspeed developed the system through in-house engineering and dyno testing, with the goal of improving exhaust flow, throttle response and the overall sports-car character of the G63. With the valves open, the AMG V8 produces a deeper and more aggressive exhaust note, while valve control allows the system to remain more restrained when desired.

Installation is designed as a direct replacement bolt-on system, replacing the factory left- and right-side mufflers without cutting or welding. The system is supplied with new V-band attachment clamps for a precise installation.

Fabspeed lists the system for Mercedes-AMG G63 / G-Class models from 2019 onward and states that its valved system is emissions and warranty compliant for the specified application.
