The Fabspeed Porsche 992 GT3 RENNKRAFT™ Modular GTLM Exhaust Package (2022+) is a complete performance exhaust solution for the Porsche 992 GT3 and GT3 RS, extending from the long-tube headers through to the exhaust tips. It is engineered for maximum performance, weight reduction and a race-bred exhaust character.

The patented RENNKRAFT® modular design uses quick-release V-band connections, allowing the owner to switch between the HJS catalytic-converter configuration and cat-bypass pipes. This provides greater flexibility between performance-oriented road use and closed-course racing applications.

The system features equal-length long-tube headers with Burns Stainless Formula 1/IndyCar-style high-velocity merge collectors. The exhaust is constructed from T321 stainless steel Mil-Spec tubing, using CNC mandrel-bent 70 mm (2.75-inch) tubing and CAD-designed investment-cast stainless-steel flanges.

For the catted configuration, Fabspeed uses German-made EMITEC HJS HD tri-metallic 200-cell Euro 6 homologated catalytic converters. The modular architecture also allows the catalytic converters to be replaced by cat-bypass pipes for track and endurance-racing applications.

Fabspeed reports maximum gains of 35 hp and 39 ft-lb of torque at 4,250 rpm, based on its specific dyno testing. The complete system also reduces approximately 8.2 kg (18 lb) compared with the factory Porsche exhaust system. Actual results can vary according to the vehicle and testing conditions.

The GTLM system is deliberately tuned for an aggressive, race-bred character. Fabspeed describes the system as loud, with pronounced pops and gurgles and an intense high-RPM sound. This motorsport-oriented character can come with increased cabin drone and reduced day-to-day refinement compared with a more street-focused exhaust.

Installation is designed as a bolt-on system with no cutting or welding required. Multiple exhaust-tip options are available, including carbon fibre, polished stainless steel, brushed stainless steel, Satin Black and race-style turn-down tips.

For EU-spec vehicles, Fabspeed states that this system deletes the GPF. Vehicles with monitored GPF systems may therefore trigger a Check Engine Light unless an appropriate simulator or ECU tune is used. This configuration should be considered a race/track-oriented performance system, particularly when operated with cat-bypass pipes.
