Akrapovic Audi RS6 Avant C8 Titanium Evolution Exhaust

The Akrapovič Audi RS6 Avant (C8) 2022 Evolution Line (Titanium) is a premium performance exhaust system developed specifically for the Audi RS6 Avant (C8) with OPF/GPF, combining lightweight titanium construction with Akrapovič’s advanced exhaust engineering.

Manufactured from high-grade lightweight titanium, the system reduces weight by 10.4 kg compared with the stock system. In Akrapovič’s in-house dyno testing, the Evolution Line achieved a maximum gain of 15.8 hp at 6,150 rpm and 17.9 Nm at 6,150 rpm under controlled conditions.

The system features a specially developed layout with one central and two side mufflers, titanium collectors and larger-diameter stainless-steel link pipes. Custom-made flex tubes are fully insulated where they connect to the downpipes, helping maintain the high level of engineering expected from an Akrapovič exhaust system.

Each side muffler incorporates an exhaust valve to control gas flow and acoustic character. The system also features an active X-connection with its own valve, helping manage exhaust pulses from both sides of the RS6's V8 engine.

The sound has been acoustically tuned across the rev range, progressing from a low-down rumble through a stronger mid-range to a sharper high-frequency character at higher rpm. Despite its performance focus, Akrapovič designed the system to remain comfortable for everyday driving without unwanted drone or excessive noise.

The system is finished with distinctive carbon-fibre/titanium tailpipes, combining handmade carbon-fibre outer sleeves with sandblasted and coated titanium inner sections for a unique high-end appearance.

The L-AU/SS/8 stainless-steel Link Pipe Set is a mandatory component for the Evolution Line S-AU/T/1H and is supplied under a separate product code due to packaging requirements. The system is ECE compliant for vehicles equipped with an OPF/GPF.
