Akrapovic Mercedes-AMG G63 W463 Titanium Exhaust

The Akrapovič Mercedes-AMG G 63 (W463) 2018 Evolution Line (Titanium) is a high-performance exhaust system developed specifically for the Mercedes-AMG G 63 W463, combining lightweight titanium construction with Akrapovič’s performance-oriented exhaust engineering.

Constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium, the system reduces exhaust-system weight by 16.4 kg compared with the stock system. Akrapovič also recorded gains of 8.2 kW (11.2 hp) at 4,200 rpm and 19.3 Nm at 4,100 rpm during its testing.

The system features specially designed tailpipes exiting on both sides of the G 63. Their routing is engineered around the limited space underneath the vehicle while complementing the distinctive and robust appearance of the G-Class.

Behind the rear mufflers, a pair of exhaust valves provides control over the exhaust tone. The system is tuned by Akrapovič’s sound engineers to deliver a deeper and sportier character, particularly during acceleration and gear changes.

The Evolution Line represents a more comprehensive exhaust upgrade than a basic Slip-On system, incorporating additional exhaust sections to optimize the overall system configuration.

An Akrapovič Sound Kit is available as an optional component for controlling different sound settings, while optional downpipes are also available for further exhaust-system development.

This W463-specific system carries ECE Type Approval. However, Akrapovič specifies that it does not fit vehicles equipped with an OPF. The exact vehicle specification should therefore be confirmed before ordering.
