The Capristo Chevrolet Corvette C7 Z06 Valved Exhaust with Post Cat Spare Pipes (CES-3) is a high-performance exhaust system developed for the Corvette C7 Z06 from model year 2014.

The exhaust system is manufactured from heat-resistant 1.4828 stainless steel, with Capristo producing its exhaust components by hand using TIG welding before finishing and polishing the components to a high-gloss surface.

The system features electronically controlled exhaust valves, allowing the exhaust character to be adjusted according to driving conditions. With the valves closed, the system provides a more controlled exhaust note, while opening the valves creates a significantly more aggressive and performance-oriented sound.

The included CES-3 programmable controller adds advanced valve management with back-pressure monitoring. The system can respond to the engine's back-pressure characteristics rather than relying solely on engine speed, allowing valve operation to be tailored to the driving situation.

This configuration includes Post Cat Spare Pipes, replacing the original post-catalytic-converter sections and creating a more direct exhaust path. Capristo lists this type of configuration under its racing-purpose products.

Because the Post Cat Spare Pipes are a motorsport-oriented component, road legality depends on local regulations. Capristo specifically states that its replacement-pipe configurations are not approved for public-road use in Germany and may require ECU calibration depending on the vehicle and exhaust configuration.
