iPE Lamborghini Urus Exhaust System is a high-performance exhaust system developed specifically for the Lamborghini Urus, covering models from 2018–Present. Manufactured from Stainless Steel, the system is designed to improve throttle response, reduce weight and transform the exhaust character of Lamborghini's high-performance Super SUV. The system is available for both OPF and Non-OPF vehicles.
One of the key advantages of the iPE system is its weight reduction. The complete iPE Stainless Steel exhaust weighs approximately 28.53 kg, compared with 33.17 kg for the factory system, resulting in a weight saving of 4.64 kg or 30.72%. This reduction helps lower unnecessary exhaust-system mass while complementing the performance-focused character of the Urus.
The iPE system is designed to deliver a much more pronounced exhaust character while retaining the flexibility required for everyday driving. With the valves open, the Urus produces an extremely loud and aggressive exhaust sound, creating a more dramatic experience during spirited driving. When the valves are closed, the system provides a significantly quieter character for comfortable cruising.
The full system incorporates a valve-controlled exhaust system that synchronizes with the Lamborghini Urus factory drive modes. The valves operate according to the Strada, Sport and Corsa driving modes, allowing the exhaust character to change together with the vehicle's driving characteristics.
iPE's published sound test demonstrates the difference between the valve-open and valve-closed configurations. The valve-open measurement is listed at 127 dB, compared with 116 dB for the stock system, while the valve-closed measurement is 112 dB, compared with 100 dB stock. These figures are iPE's test results and should be treated as reference values rather than guaranteed sound levels for every vehicle or testing environment.
The exhaust is manufactured from Stainless Steel and is engineered specifically around the Urus platform. Available exhaust-tip finishes include Chrome as standard, with Carbon Fiber, Chrome Black and Titanium Blue available as optional finishes.
For customers looking for additional exhaust-flow upgrades, iPE's Urus application also supports different configurations including Cat-Back System, Catted Downpipe and Catless Downpipe, with the correct configuration depending on whether the vehicle is equipped with OPF.
A critical fitment point is the vehicle's OPF specification. iPE specifically instructs customers to confirm whether the Urus has an OPF system before ordering, so the correct exhaust configuration can be selected for the individual vehicle.
