iPE Mercedes-AMG G63 W463 Valvetronic Exhaust

iPE Mercedes-AMG G63 (W463) Exhaust System is a high-performance Valvetronic Exhaust System developed specifically for the Mercedes-AMG G63 W463, covering model years 2012–2018. Manufactured from Stainless Steel, the system is engineered to improve exhaust flow, enhance the V8's sound character and reduce the overall weight of the exhaust system.

According to iPE's official specifications, the system delivers a claimed +12.2 HP at 5,200 rpm and +28.4 Nm of torque at 3,800 rpm. The exhaust system also reduces weight by 8.41 kg, equivalent to approximately 20% lighter than the original system according to iPE's stated figures.

The key feature is iPE's Valvetronic Exhaust System, which gives the driver direct control over the exhaust valves. The system includes a remote control with three operating modes: ON, OFF and AUTO, allowing the exhaust character to be adjusted according to different driving conditions.

In ON Mode, the valves remain fully open to maximize exhaust flow and power, producing an extremely loud and aggressive V8 exhaust sound. This mode is ideal for spirited driving when the driver wants to experience the full character of the Mercedes-AMG G63.

In OFF Mode, the valves close to suppress exhaust volume, providing a quieter and more comfortable character for everyday driving and cruising. AUTO Mode monitors engine RPM and accelerator-pedal input to automatically adjust valve operation, providing a more natural and dynamic exhaust experience.
