iPE Mercedes-AMG G63 W463A W464 Valvetronic Exhaust

iPE Mercedes-AMG G63 (W463A/W464) Exhaust System is a high-performance Valvetronic Exhaust System developed specifically for the Mercedes-AMG G63 and G500 W464 platform. Designed for models from 2019–Present, the system is available in configurations for both OPF and Non-OPF vehicles.

The iPE Catback system is designed to transform the character of the AMG G63's V8 engine, delivering an extremely loud and aggressive exhaust sound when desired while retaining the ability to provide a quieter and more comfortable cruising character at the push of a button. The system combines improved exhaust flow with electronically controlled valve technology for a more engaging driving experience.

At the heart of the system is iPE's Valvetronic Exhaust technology, which gives the driver direct control over the exhaust valves. This allows the exhaust character to be adjusted according to driving conditions, providing a more aggressive sound during spirited driving while maintaining greater comfort during everyday use.

Each component is individually engineered for the Mercedes-AMG G63 W463A/W464, allowing iPE to optimize the exhaust routing and fitment for the vehicle. The system is designed to overcome restrictions within the factory exhaust system, with the goal of enhancing performance, sound and driving pleasure.

The system is manufactured from Stainless Steel, providing the durability and heat resistance required for a high-performance exhaust application. iPE also offers configurations ranging from a Catback System to a Full System with Downpipe, depending on the desired setup.

For vehicles equipped with OPF, iPE provides an OPF-compatible configuration, while Non-OPF vehicles can use the corresponding Non-OPF setup. This distinction should be confirmed before ordering to ensure the exhaust system matches the vehicle's factory emissions configuration.

Important ECU Requirement
One of the most important installation requirements for this application is that ECU remapping is mandatory when installing the iPE G63/G500 W464 Catback or Full System. iPE states that remapping is required to prevent potential Check Engine Light (CEL) warnings and notes that it does not accept responsibility or warranty claims related to CEL issues if the required ECU remapping is not performed.

This requirement should therefore be clearly communicated to customers before installation, particularly when selecting the Full System or configurations involving the downpipe.
