iPE Mercedes C43 C450 C400 W205 Valvetronic Exhaust

iPE Mercedes-Benz C400 / C450 / AMG C43 (W205) Exhaust System is a high-performance Valvetronic Exhaust System developed specifically for the Mercedes-Benz W205 platform equipped with the 3.0-liter V6 Twin-Turbo M276 engine. The system is designed for the C400, C450 and Mercedes-AMG C43, delivering improved exhaust flow together with a more aggressive and distinctive exhaust character. iPE lists the application from 2015 onward.

The key feature of the system is iPE's Valvetronic Exhaust, which allows the driver to control the exhaust character according to different driving conditions. The system comes with a remote control capable of selecting three operating modes: ON, OFF and AUTO.

In ON Mode, the valves are fully open to maximize exhaust flow and power, producing a significantly louder and more aggressive exhaust sound. This setting is ideal for spirited driving when the driver wants a more pronounced performance character from the V6 Twin-Turbo engine.

In OFF Mode, the valves are closed to reduce exhaust volume, creating a quieter and more comfortable exhaust character for everyday driving and cruising. AUTO Mode detects engine RPM and accelerator-pedal signals and automatically adjusts valve operation according to driving conditions.

Each component is specifically engineered for the W205 C400 / C450 / AMG C43, allowing iPE to optimize the exhaust routing, fitment and valve operation for the vehicle. The system is designed to overcome restrictions in the factory exhaust while enhancing performance, sound and overall driving experience.

The exhaust system is manufactured from Stainless Steel, providing the durability and heat resistance required for a high-performance exhaust application. iPE states that its Mercedes-Benz components are produced in-house, with the system developed specifically for the individual application.

The standard configuration includes the Valve Muffler with Midpipe and Remote Control System. Depending on the selected configuration, iPE also offers options such as a Sport Catpipe and OBD II Control System, allowing the exhaust setup to be tailored to the vehicle and intended use.

The iPE system is particularly suited to drivers who want a wider range of exhaust character from the W205. It can provide an aggressive, high-volume sound during spirited driving while retaining the ability to return to a quieter character for cruising, making the system more versatile than a fixed-volume performance exhaust.
