iPE Mercedes-Benz CLA250 C117 Valvetronic Exhaust

iPE Mercedes-Benz CLA250 (C117) Exhaust System is a high-performance Valvetronic Exhaust System developed specifically for the Mercedes-Benz CLA250 C117, covering model years 2013–2019. The system is designed to overcome the limitations of the factory exhaust system, improving exhaust flow while giving the CLA250 a more aggressive and distinctive exhaust character.

The key feature of the system is iPE's Valvetronic Exhaust, which gives the driver direct control over the exhaust sound through a remote control system with three operating modes: ON, OFF and AUTO. This allows the character of the exhaust to be adapted according to different driving conditions.

In ON Mode, the valves are fully open to maximize exhaust flow and produce an extremely loud and aggressive sound. This setting is ideal for spirited driving when a more pronounced performance character is desired.

In OFF Mode, the valves remain closed to reduce exhaust volume, creating a quieter and more comfortable experience for everyday driving and cruising. AUTO Mode uses engine RPM and accelerator pedal signals to automatically adjust valve operation, providing a more dynamic balance between sound and comfort.

Each component of the exhaust system is individually engineered for the CLA250 C117, allowing iPE to optimize the exhaust routing and fitment for this specific application. The revised design is intended to improve performance, sound and overall driving enjoyment compared with the factory exhaust.

The system is constructed from Stainless Steel, providing the durability required for a performance exhaust application while maintaining a suitable balance between strength and weight. iPE also offers the system in different configurations, including the rear exhaust section and mid-pipe, with additional front-pipe and catalytic-converter options available depending on the selected setup.
