iPE Porsche 911 GT3 RS 991 Titanium Valvetronic Exhaust

iPE Porsche 911 GT3 / RS (991 / 991.2) Titanium Exhaust System is a high-performance Valvetronic Exhaust System developed specifically for the naturally aspirated Porsche 911 GT3 and GT3 RS from the 991 generation, covering model years 2013–2019. The system is engineered to increase exhaust gas flow, improve throttle response and release the high-revving character of Porsche's naturally aspirated flat-six engine.

The system combines T304 Stainless Steel Headers with a Grade 1 Titanium Valvetronic Muffler. This combination allows iPE to maintain the required strength and durability in the high-temperature header section while significantly reducing weight at the rear section of the exhaust system.

According to iPE's published testing, the system delivers up to 28.4 HP of additional power at 7,300 rpm and 31.3 Nm of additional torque at 6,300 rpm. iPE states that the increased exhaust flow contributes to improved throttle response and a smoother power band at high engine speeds.

One of the most significant advantages of the Titanium configuration is its weight reduction. iPE states that the system reduces weight by 19.3 kg, or 74.3%, compared with the original exhaust configuration. This substantial reduction complements the lightweight and motorsport-focused character of the 911 GT3 RS.

The exhaust is designed to emphasize the naturally aspirated flat-six's distinctive 9,000 rpm character, producing a more pronounced high-revving motorsport sound. The Valvetronic design also allows the exhaust note to be adjusted according to the driving situation rather than being fixed to a single sound level.

The Valvetronic Control System can be operated through the vehicle's OEM valve controls on the center console. iPE also offers an OBD II Hand Gesture Control Sensor and Bluetooth Remote Control Module as optional control solutions, giving the driver additional flexibility over valve operation.

For the complete exhaust configuration, iPE offers Headers with 200 Cell Catalytic Converters or Cat-bypass Headers as optional configurations. The Catback section consists of the Valvetronic Muffler and Chrome Silver Exhaust Tips. Optional exhaust tip upgrades include Titanium Blue, Titanium Gold and Carbon Fiber finishes.
