iPE Toyota A90 GR Supra 3.0T Exhaust System is a high-performance Valvetronic Exhaust System developed specifically for the Toyota A90 GR Supra 3.0T with the BMW B58 engine. The system is designed to reduce exhaust restriction, improve exhaust flow and deliver a more aggressive exhaust character while retaining valve control for quieter everyday driving.

The iPE system is divided into four main sections: Cat Pipe, Front Pipe, Mid Pipe and Valvetronic Muffler. For the Cat Pipe, iPE offers two configurations: a 200 Cell High-Flow Cat and a Cat Bypass. The lower exhaust restriction allows the B58 engine to evacuate exhaust gases more efficiently, particularly at higher RPM and under high-load conditions.

At the rear of the system is the iPE Valvetronic Muffler, which allows the exhaust character to be adjusted between a quieter and more aggressive setting. With the valves closed, the system provides a more subdued exhaust note for everyday driving, while opening the valves produces a deeper and more aggressive sound from the B58 3.0T engine.

The exhaust system is manufactured from Stainless Steel and is designed to significantly reduce weight compared with the OEM system. The complete iPE Full System weighs 21.3 kg, compared with 29.5 kg for the OEM system, reducing weight by 8.2 kg. The Catback configuration weighs 17.8 kg, compared with 25 kg for the OEM Catback, saving 7.2 kg.

This reduction in exhaust weight is particularly beneficial on the A90 GR Supra because a lighter exhaust system reduces weight at the rear of the vehicle while simultaneously providing a less restrictive exhaust path.

iPE also provides several exhaust tip options. Chrome Silver Tips are supplied as standard, while Chrome Black, Titanium Blue and Carbon Fiber Tips are available as optional upgrades, allowing the appearance of the exhaust system to be matched to the vehicle's overall styling.

For sound performance, iPE reports measured exhaust levels of 123 dB for the Full System and 114 dB for the Catback System, compared with 105 dB for the OEM system. These figures demonstrate the significantly more aggressive character of the iPE system when the exhaust is operated in its louder configuration.

The system is available for both OPF and Non-OPF applications. Vehicle specification should therefore be confirmed before ordering, as the correct exhaust configuration depends on whether the vehicle is equipped with an OPF system.
