Eventuri Audi RS3 8V Carbon Headlamp Duct

Eventuri Audi RS3 8V Carbon Headlamp Duct is a purpose-designed carbon fiber air duct developed specifically for the Audi RS3 8V to provide a direct cold-air feed to the intake system.

Designed for serious performance and track use, the Eventuri Headlamp Duct replaces the OEM headlamp-side duct and connects directly to the Eventuri RS3 Intake. By creating a sealed connection between the front of the vehicle and the intake filter, the system provides a RAM-AIR configuration with a direct source of ambient air.

The main Carbon Headlamp Duct features two internal guiding vanes that smoothly direct incoming air toward the secondary connecting duct. The duct is manufactured from Prepreg Carbon Fiber, providing a rigid and lightweight structure capable of maintaining its position even at speeds exceeding 190 mph during Eventuri's track testing.

To minimize aerodynamic drag, Eventuri incorporates relief vents on the front face of the duct, which is positioned perpendicular to the direction of airflow. This design allows the system to capture the benefits of a direct air feed while controlling the additional drag created by the duct opening.

The Carbon Connecting Duct seals the headlamp duct against the face of the Eventuri intake. A rubber seal allows the intake system to move with the engine while maintaining the connection between the duct and intake. This sealed configuration helps prevent hot engine-bay air from being drawn into the intake system.

Another important benefit is improved engine-bay cooling. Because the Eventuri Headlamp Duct replaces the original intake duct located inside the engine bay, the factory intake area behind the grille is left open. As the vehicle moves, ambient air can flow through the original openings and into the engine bay, helping cool the intake manifold and reducing the effects of heat soak.

Eventuri designed this system with track performance in mind. The combination of a sealed cold-air path, RAM-AIR effect and additional engine-bay airflow helps maintain lower intake temperatures and more consistent performance during repeated high-load driving.

The complete system consists of a Carbon Headlamp Duct, Carbon Connecting Duct and Laser-Cut Stainless Steel Brackets. Eventuri specifically positions the Headlamp Duct as a complementary component to its RS3 Intake System for an optimized track-oriented setup.
