Eventuri BMW F8X M3/M4 V2 Intake System is a high-performance intake system developed specifically for the BMW F8X M3/M4, designed to optimize the complete airflow path to the S55 twin-turbocharged inline-six engine.
The updated V2 design features sealed carbon filter housings and sealed intake ducts, helping maintain more consistent intake air temperatures even when the vehicle is stationary. Combined with the front air scoops, the system is designed to provide a continuous supply of ambient air while maintaining low IATs through cold-air saturation.
At the core of the system are two Carbon Fiber Venturi Housings with Generation 2 High-Flow Filters. The patented housing design creates an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the MAF tube, using the housing itself to smoothly transition the airflow from the larger filter opening toward the narrower outlet.
The system also includes 100% Prepreg Carbon Fiber Intake Tubes with integrated CNC-machined aluminum MAF sensor mounts. The right-side tube uses gradual transitions from a circular to oval cross-section to clear the fan shroud and strut brace, while maintaining the same cross-sectional area to help preserve airflow velocity and minimize disruption to airflow.
Eventuri designed the Carbon Fiber Front Scoops and Sealed Intake Ducts as part of the complete intake system rather than treating them as separate components. The scoops capture ambient air from the factory ducting and direct it toward the filter housings, helping create a smooth and efficient cold-air path.
According to Eventuri's testing, the F8X M3/M4 V2 Intake System delivers a claimed performance gain of 15–20 hp and 18–23 ft-lb of torque. This makes the system more than a visual upgrade, providing a measurable performance improvement for the S55-powered F80 M3 and F82/F83 M4.
The Eventuri F8X M3/M4 V2 Intake can also complement supporting modifications such as ECU tuning, intercooler upgrades, turbo inlet components and exhaust systems, depending on the vehicle configuration and performance objectives.
