Fabspeed Acura NSX TT/Type S Sport Performance Package

Fabspeed Acura NSX TT / Type S Sport Performance Package is a complete performance package developed for the 2017–2022 Acura NSX Twin-Turbo and Type S, combining exhaust-flow upgrades with improved intake filtration. The package includes HJS 200-cell Sport Catalytic Converters, Fabspeed Maxflo Catback Exhaust and BMC F1 Replacement Filters.

The catalytic converters use HJS German-imported 200-cell tri-metallic cores with 321 stainless-steel flex bellows and CNC-machined flanges. They replace the four restrictive OEM ceramic catalytic converters while retaining provisions for the factory heat shielding.

The package also includes the Fabspeed Maxflo Catback Exhaust, a mandrel-bent high-flow exhaust system manufactured from T304L stainless steel with quad exhaust tips available in Satin Black or Polished Stainless Steel.

According to Fabspeed's dyno testing, the complete package produced gains of +41.8 HP and +23 TQ, while reducing weight by 40 lb. These figures are from a specific test vehicle and conditions, so actual results can vary depending on the vehicle and setup.

The upgraded exhaust system delivers a more aggressive sports-car character with more prominent turbo spool, while the high-flow catalytic converters are designed to improve exhaust flow compared with the restrictive OEM ceramic units.

The catalytic converters and exhaust components are precision manufactured in the USA using HAAS CNC, FLOW Waterjet and mandrel-bending equipment, with HJS catalytic converter technology and stainless-steel construction.

Installation is designed around direct replacement bolt-on components, with the catalytic converters supplied with hardware and gaskets for installation with the OEM heat shields. For 2019+ models, Fabspeed recommends optional electronic Exhaust Valve Simulators because the package removes the factory electronic exhaust valves. They are not required for 2017–2018 models.
