CSF Nissan R35 GT-R High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator

CSF #7041 High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator is a dedicated cooling upgrade for the Nissan R35 GT-R, covering model years 2009–2024 with the factory 3.8L Twin-Turbo V6 engine.

The radiator features a 2-Row 52mm Dual-Core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology. The specially engineered B-shaped tubes increase heat-transfer surface area by approximately 15% compared with conventional oval radiator tubes, helping maximize cooling efficiency within the available core dimensions.

CSF combines the B-Tube design with an ultra-efficient 6.5mm multi-louvered fin configuration. The fin design is engineered to maximize surface-area contact and airflow through the radiator core, supporting improved heat rejection during high-load street driving and track use.

Construction is fully all-aluminum, with CNC-machined brackets and fittings designed for durability and precise fitment. CNC-machined quick-connect inlet and outlet connections are designed to match the factory connections, allowing the use of OEM hoses or compatible aftermarket alternatives.

The #7041 also features an all-aluminum race-style drain plug and a smooth satin finish, combining functional cooling upgrades with a motorsport-oriented construction.

CSF designed the radiator as a true Drop-In Fit, requiring no modifications for installation. It accepts the factory quick-connect hoses, A/C condenser, mounting brackets and fan shroud, allowing the original cooling-system components to be retained.
