CSF #8352 High-Performance Charge-Air-Cooler System is a next-generation cooling upgrade developed for the McLaren 720S and 765LT, featuring advanced core technology developed in partnership with PWR. The system is designed for the 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 M840T engine and is engineered for demanding street, high-performance and track applications.

The system replaces the factory charge-air-coolers with a Left and Right pair, using a high-performance bar-and-plate intercooler core by PWR. The core is optimized for efficient thermal transfer while maintaining minimal pressure drop under high-boost conditions.

CSF and PWR developed the system with a focus on efficient airflow and thermal management. Compared with the previous CSF #8186 design, the new #8352 uses a more compact configuration that addresses fitment for Spider models while retaining high-performance charge-air cooling capability.

The charge-air-coolers feature 100% all-aluminum TIG-welded construction, with the tanks fully TIG-welded to the cores for improved strength and durability at elevated boost pressures. CNC-machined mounting brackets and OEM-style inlet/outlet connections are incorporated for precise installation.

CSF #8352 is supplied as a complete Left & Right pair and is pressure tested to 120 psi. CSF states that the system provides faster recovery of Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) and no pressure drop compared with the OEM core.

Installation is a true Plug-and-Play Drop-In Fit, requiring no modifications. Each unit is individually leak and pressure tested, with a hand-brushed satin finish and Limited Lifetime Warranty.
