CSF #8112 Twin Intercooler Set is a high-performance intercooling upgrade developed for the Porsche 991.1 and 991.2 911 Turbo and Turbo S, covering model years from 2014 to 2019 according to CSF's current application data.

Designed for the 3.8L Twin-Turbo H6, the set replaces the factory left- and right-side intercoolers with high-capacity CSF units engineered for increased airflow and thermal performance.

The CSF intercoolers use a heavy-duty bar-and-plate core with a 115mm-wide core, compared with the OEM 80mm core. CSF reports a 43.75% increase in flow area and a 70% increase in surface area, providing substantially greater capacity for vehicles running performance tunes and upgraded turbo systems.

The intercoolers feature 100% TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks with CFD-developed internal geometry designed to distribute airflow more evenly through the core. The construction is engineered to withstand increased boost pressure and the demands of high-performance driving.

OEM-style Quick-Connect machined fittings provide precise inlet and outlet connections, while factory mounting points and OEM clip-in hardware are retained for an OEM-level installation.

The intercoolers are designed as a Drop-In Fit with no modification or grinding of the metal brackets required. However, CSF specifies that the plastic intercooler shrouds require slight trimming, with instructions provided by the manufacturer.
