CSF BMW E9X M3 Race-Spec High-Performance Oil Cooler

CSF #8025 Race-Spec Oil Cooler is a high-performance engine oil cooling upgrade developed specifically for the BMW E9X M3 with the S65 4.0L V8 engine, including the E90, E92 and E93 M3.

The cooler uses CSF's Aero-Flow Bar & Plate construction, replacing the OEM Tube & Fin design with a more robust core engineered for improved heat dissipation and durability under demanding driving conditions.

CSF incorporates a Dual-Pass High-Performance Core with 10 cooling tubes, compared with the OEM Single-Pass design with a 6-tube return configuration. The core also uses high-density multi-louvered fins to increase heat-transfer capability.

The #8025 is engineered as a Drop-In Fit, retaining the OEM oil-line connections, mounting brackets and factory shroud/ducting. Installation requires no vehicle modifications when the required later-specification oil lines are already fitted.

CSF lists the #8025 for the BMW E9X M3 from 2008–2013 with the 4.0L V8 and specifies OEM Part Number 17212284075. For E9X M3 vehicles built up to 03/2008, BMW superseded the original oil lines, so the later-spec oil lines and O-Rings are required for compatibility.
