NOVITEC Lamborghini Urus Performance & Aero Package

The NOVITEC Lamborghini Urus refinement program is developed to enhance the performance, sound, aerodynamics, wheels and driving dynamics of Lamborghini's high-performance Super SUV. NOVITEC offers a comprehensive range of upgrades covering Performance & Exhaust, Forged Wheels, Suspension and Aerodynamics.

At the center of the performance program is the 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8. NOVITEC developed multiple stages of N-TRONIC engine tuning, recalibrating injection, boost pressure control and ignition. In the highest specification, output reaches 782 hp and 1,032 Nm, an increase of 132 hp and 182 Nm over the standard 650 hp specification. The tuned Urus can accelerate from 0–100 km/h in approximately 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 310 km/h.

The high-performance exhaust system is designed to optimize exhaust gas flow and further enhance the sound of the twin-turbo V8. NOVITEC offers the exhaust with or without actively controlled butterfly valves, while 100-cell sports metal catalysts can be combined with the system for additional performance optimization.

For the exterior, NOVITEC offers both individual naked-carbon aerodynamic components and the spectacular ESTESO Widebody program. The ESTESO conversion significantly widens the Urus, with the body becoming approximately 10 cm wider at the front axle and 12 cm wider at the rear axle, creating a substantially more aggressive stance. The aerodynamic package was fine-tuned in the wind tunnel and can include dedicated front spoiler elements, rocker panels, carbon details, roof spoiler and rear spoiler lip.

The wheel program features NOVITEC NL4 forged wheels developed in cooperation with Vossen, using a staggered 23-inch setup. The specified sizes are 10.5Jx23 front and 12Jx23 rear, paired with 285/35 R23 and 325/30 R23 high-performance tires. The forged construction combines high strength with reduced weight and complements both standard-body and ESTESO configurations.

For the chassis, NOVITEC offers a suspension control module for the factory adaptive air suspension that lowers the Urus by approximately 25 mm, reducing the visual ride height and further sharpening its stance and driving character.
